Challenge: What does "karma" mean to you?

kar·ma
n.
1. Hinduism & Buddhism. The total effect of a person's actions and conduct during the successive phases of the person's existence, regarded as determining the person's destiny.
2. Fate; destiny.
3. Informal. A distinctive aura, atmosphere, or feeling: There's bad karma around the house today.

I am not a Hindu or a Buddhist, therefore I do not need to worry about the first definition.

The second one is fate or destiny. I understand that! I have a destiny. I am the Slayer. I fight the forces of darkness. Vampires of the world beware!

That is my destiny. It is my fate, also. In this context, the two are being used as *minute pause, not perceptible to human ears*

syn·o·nym n. 1. A word having the same or nearly the same meaning as another word or other words in a language. 2. A word or an expression that serves as a figurative or symbolic substitute for another. 3.
Biology. A scientific name of an organism or of a taxonomic group that has been superseded by another name at the same rank.

synonyms.

That means that they mean the same thing!

Karma means being the Slayer. It means that because it is my fate and/or destiny.

That is what karma means to me!
