I felt so terrible for Willow when she came back and her friends found it so easy to believe she was romping around skinning random strangers...

I know! That episode did so much, I think, to bring her back as a sympathetic character.

As well it should! It's not as if she'd ever really committed cold-blooded murder. I never understood why anyone thought it was darn terrible that she skinned Warren...

*laughs* Spoken like a true Willow supporter. It was horrible, to me, not because he didn't deserve it, but because of how low it brought her. How it represented how fractured and broken she truly was.

Okay, I will grant you that. It was very sad to see her so undone. But it's not like anyone else really cared, except for Dawn. Buffy, who had been so eager to kill Faith to save Angel, had no intention of doing a blessed thing about Warren. She was more than happy to let the police handle him.

*laughs* I guess I just don't see where that really plays into it - Buffy was wrong, Willow was wrong. A precedent doesn't make it right.
