Productive and Healthy!

I definitely started off the day on the right foot! Got a solid 8 hours of sleep and had a protein packed breakfast.

Egg and cheese and spinach on whole wheat toast! Coffee made an appearance, as usual :)

With finals being next week, I have lots and lots of school work to get done. So, I worked and worked until my stomach started grumblinggggg. It was time for LUNCH!

Lunch included: Tuna with light mayo, tomato slices and melted cheese (YUM) on whole wheat toast. Oh, and some pretzels on the side.





After a quick lunch, I got right back into the homework for another hour, before taking a shower and getting ready for work.

On my way to work, I stopped at Tim Horton's to pick up some coffee for the crew. I'm just that great of a co-worker! :P

I had a Iced Mocha Coffee made with chocolate milk instead of cream! It was good, not great. Plus, they put whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top by accident. BOOOOOO.




On break, I munched on some plain almonds and dried apricots...




When I got home I grabbed a late dinner around 9pm...I know they don't recommend eating so late, but it's just not do-able when you work such odd shifts.

Dinner included: turkey cheddar sausage, scallop cheese potatoes and an ear of corn. I LOVE corn on the cob. Tastes like summer!




That's it for today! I have a lot more studying to do before I turn in.
