Kubla overall
As with Dundra, I'm going to post an initial thoughts post, then go over each game in greater detail.
This was my first time at Kubla and while I wasn't necessarily super impressed with the con, I enjoyed the folks that went and will definitely go again next year

The game check out place is super awesome. Enjoyed that a lot.
Saw all my con friends and made some new ones, which is always fun.
Sleeping at the hotel definitely has it's advantages! I'm never going to do it at Dundra (15 minutes away = too close to pay), but for Kubla it's definitely gonna happen.
Got into the game I signed up for!

It was hard to find a place to play board games that wasn't potentially going to kick us out. This was mainly Sunday morning, when a lot of Board Games open gaming space was taken by the hotel for the brunch.
All the room snafu's were very annoying and made planning hard. One of my games was listed online in a different room than it was, and the one that I was in was in a different room with NO indication that it was.
Overall, not that impressed with the RPG selection that was out there.
