So, it's finally really winter here.... storm coming in this evening that's supposed to drop about 2 feet of snow on us before tomorrow night. This will be
pandoraculpa's first official "sweet jesus, that's alot of snow, what the HELL am I doing in Buffalo?" snowstorm. And, I'm assuming, it will be the most snow that her daughter Kate has ever EVER seen.

Why do they need bleach? During a snowstorm? Is it so they can do laundry while they're trapped inside? I am baffled.

And as for the bleach.... my friend in Richmond laughs about how everyone there rushes the grocery and buys up all the bread, milk and bleach whenever there's a slight threat of snow. Apparently, the bleach is used to "purify water if needed." Because, you know, we are often thrown into apocalyptic-like conditions during a snowstorm which would warrant the use of bleaching our drinking water to survive.
Crazy southerners. ;-) I mean really... have they not heard of beer?

I can't believe I'm from there. I mean, I've got more sense than all that.
(But I've also got bread and milk. That shit at least makes sense. And the alcohol... oh, we'll have alcohol!)
