Hair Stylist

Does anyone know a decently priced hair stylist. I need my roots done and a trim. I'm a guy but I wear my hair kinda feminine so I want someone who'll be cool with that. Someone with a 70's/80's style feathering talent would be a plus.

I'm in Allentown but willing to travel around. I just really don't want to spend too much.

Maybe if you know someone who does work on the side. I'd rather pay a person cash than pay a lot more and they only get a small cut.
