Bills Game Parking/Tailgating

I am going to the Bills game next Sunday and I am wondering what the parking situation is. I know that there is parking at the stadium, but are there any businesses near the stadium that do "easy out" parking in their lots on game day? It's ok if we'd have to walk a little bit to the stadium. I'm not looking for the names of any specific places, just wondering if generally it's available. Of course if there's any place I should avoid specifically that would be great to know! If parking at the stadium is the best option and it really isn't all that hairy getting out of there on game day it would be good to know that too. (I recently saw U2 at Gillette Stadium and there were all kinds of businesses that did this and we really should have taken advantage of it because it took us three hours to get out of the stadium parking lot afterwards).

Also, we'd like to get to the game early and eat, but we've never tailgated before and we don't have any tailgating equipment like tiny grills and stuff, so is the game day experience indoor tailgate a good thing to do? What's it like? How jacked up are the prices?
