AntiPoverty Money Misused for Toys

Oh, yes. They did.

They spent Thirty Thousand dollars of Anti-Poverty money to provide BlackBerry's to people working for the city, who are in fact, not poor.

These are toys. These are luxury items.
Guaranteed that these folks have access to the internet and cells phones, without the addition of BlackBerrys. So any and all excuses of "it helps them work after hours" is complete BS.
