Melting and something about cheese doodles

I guess it's all been good so far..minus the fact that I'm sick about to fall asleep and have to go to another farm yet again. I hate this stupid class..I'm so tired of it.
How many times can I roll the dough before it becomes too hard for me to make bread with it?
