AMERICANS TYPE IN CAPS
At least, that's my observation. I process boring requests for information all day, and I've noticed a higher incidence of ALL CAPS MAILING INFORMATION on American orders. I don't like it; it looks like yelling. Maybe that's the point, who knows.
PLEASE MINISTRY OFFICIAL I NEED THIS INFORMATION ASAP!! PLEASE MAIL TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS!!!

And then there are people who only type in lower case, and it looks as if they're whispering and I want to ask them to speak up.
