displaced time in water

As we swirl around in this deterministic world of time and space, we tend to forget that our present or future steps will change the world in such a way. Obviously we have no means for comparison to see what could have been, or what will never be. It blows the mind to think of how many lives you could have saved or destroyed without any realization what-so-ever. The real question is, are we given enough clues about the future to prevent the bad shit from happening? The world's occurances have to be either all random or all planned, I want to believe deep down that my actions are leading me to some kind of pre-determined goal but the fact is that we've been given a heartbeat of time to acomplish your own goals.... we are in control... we've got the keys to the idealistic world, but the fatal flaw of the homosapian is lazyness. Mankind would be the most efficient machines if we weren't so human.

and what about dreams.... what the fuck are those all about?
