this is why i rock
we tore down the entire network of a company's infrastructure that was at least ten years old (the infrastructure, not the company) at 3:00.
It was back functioning by 8:30. 5 hours of downtime in a move is amazing. We rock.
The only part that scared me was when i was driving 90 down rt. 3 with all the hard drives of the servers in my front seat. Holding all logical data in my car of a multi-million dollar company felt entirely TOO powerful.
I was thinking i could just keep driving and hold it for ransom... but, oh well.. i did the right thing. I better get a bonus for this weekend... beyond the donuts.
