Its been awhile...
since i have wrote anything, but I had a good last week and a good weekend. Work was really easy last week and it made the week go by fast. I was excited to get out of work on friday and go get suzie. We went to my house to get my new phone and set it up (A Razer) and then we headed back to A2. We went to best buy and bought narnia and bought some clothes for suzie with her gift card. Then we had to run back to my house, b/c I forgot my phone charger and my battery was going to die soon. When we got back to the room we watched the movie and then went to bed. On saturday we work up around 11 or so and we ate at noodles and co.. We had to go and get goggles for swimming on sunday. played some monopoly with some of suzie's friends on saturday night, then on sunday morning we went to her nephew's b-day party. sunday was just really a quiet day and suzie was really tired. later in the day we decided to go to my house. we could just get away from most of the stuff in the dorm and i could stay the night with her.
This morning i needed to get gas, so i went to the TA on baker. I pulled up to the pump and there was a sign that said on it, "Credit card" and "Inside"...well i associated that with i had to pay with my card inside. After i filled up, i went inside, and tried to pay. Apparently i read the sign wrong and it said that there was no payment with credit card inside!!! the lady at the desk said, "we don't take card" and said "to get money out of the atm in the back." well...the atm was broken, i told them i can't pay! i asked to speak to the manager and explained my situation to her and also asked her if i could get it over rided to pay. she said that i couldn't, since i already pumped. another lady mentioned a back up, and i went right to her. she said it was an old swiper and it was there backup. it worked and i signed.
Why does the machines outside work and the ones inside don't? wouldn't you think that they would be on the same phone line? It is a mystery to me...but it worked out in the end.
off to accounting...i think i did good on my exam.
