The joys of Accutane
Since I started Accutane 3 months ago, I've been very happy with the results.
I was at the dr's for my regular monthly appointment so he could tell me "don't get pregnant, are you having any of these side effects? and remember, don't get pregnant", and he asked about pimples on my face and if I had been breaking out. Well, I haven't been breaking out recently (yay!), and I haven't had a pimple on my face for the last 1 1/2 - 2 months. So I get home today, and noticed that I now have *two* pimples on my face. Of course. Oh well, I'd rather have them now and get them out of the way then have them on my wedding day.
As long as Aetna approves me staying on the Accutane, I'll be happy (new insurance starts June 1). With all the damn hoops to jump through, I really don't want to have to start all over with the process. Luckily, my doctor is more then happy to be as stern as necessary with the insurance company to make sure that my treatment isn't interrupted.
