Super Secret Session ~ Opening Day!

Let's talk mentorships, project collaborations, co-ops, you name it!! We'll kick off this Super Session with 7 Free Lessons from The Teachers of "The Secret" and work from there to make a few dreams come true over a full 30-day period during the month of June! This is geared toward thinkers of all ages to complement our theme at the CO-OP: Like-minded Friends sharing unique talents in an atmosphere of perfect harmony... Check out the introductory thread on The Secret forum and add your own creative thoughts to the mix!

A question from one of my PI pals prompted me to clarify our intention to host an Open Session for anyone and everyone who wants to participate in this project! Subscriptions to the online SGR Lessons are freely available, but certainly not required, although I highly recommend them and will be using this to guide our family along the 30-day odyssey :o)
As we say in Cajun Country, they're lagniappe, [pronounced lahn-yahp and meaning "a little extra" like the one to grow on atop your birthday cake :o] Again, there's no need for anyone to obtain the full SGR program for this special session, although some of the participants will most likely be referencing the Home Seminar to clarify a point here or there. Hope that helps clear things up a bit ~ I'm still tweaking my own ideas here!
I decided to use this occasion to play around with my username and switch out my avatar photo for the one of our family on the Big Island in celebration of bringing the kids on board for the session at PI!
So, it's time to get started! Of course, you may have read that I came up with a solution to the seasonal (summer) reference for those down under and otherwise, but realized that I may still be a day late for some folks here at PI. My regrets, but think I'll do best to stick to my own time-table lest I get totally confused. LOL
Here's the message I posted to the Study Club at the CO-OP for those who are interested in seeing what it's all about. Drop by and let us know what you think about the idea, especially if you decide to play along with us this month:
This morning our kids began setting up their own PI accounts and working on Intro pages, which is what we'll be focusing on, first and foremost -- creating a Vision statement to post to their blogs, along with an interesting graphic from our ambitious Vision Wall Mural. So far, it looks like it may end up looking like a skyline or perhaps a mountain if they really get into it, but then we have a larger-than-average ohana here at home :o)
I was checking out Tim Ferriss' blog recently (he's the author of The 4-Hour Workweek) and caught an interview with Robert Scoble, if you haven't read it, yet. Scoble shared some tips on what an "überblogger" looks for before making the first cut for adding the best of the best to his own collection:
- Headlines of Interest to his audience (keyword dense)
- Recognizable Authors
- Eye-catching Graphics
- Information Density: a nice smattering of text links, which indicate that the author did some homework on the subject.
