Every afternoon we went outside after a Dharma Talk for outside kinhin.
Certain activities during the day that were not, perhaps, common knowledge (ie, when the inkin is struck, you can move again after a period of sitting), were said aloud by the timekeeper. The woman who yelled it had a German accent. So it felt a little intimidating... to say the least.

What in the shit!!??!? Why don't you tell me these things?
Would the person yell that during kinhin or was it a command to everyone to go outside and do some kinhin?
OUTSIDE KINHIN is an awesome thing to yell!
