help with transgender meditation

I could use a mindfulness program specifically designed for gender acceptance, specifically to help me with urges and help me accept them in a healthy way. Any suggestions either for visualization or for conventional mindfulness?

My daughter and daughter-in-law are both M-F post-operative trans, and I've had gay, lesbian, and trans friends since and been a strong ally involved with the community since I was in my early teens (and I'm an OLD fart now! ^__^) I'm pretty sure I remember seeing something somewhere like you are looking for, but it would take some searching. Unfortunately, this is a busy evening for me, and I really want to give your question the attention it deserves, when I can concentrate and not be distracted. Plus my girls have access to a lot of resources and very informed people I can ask, If I can't find anything.

Please bear with me, if you can: tomorrow (and the rest of the week, actually) should be a quieter day, and I will definitely start looking into it, and see what I can come up with for you. I will message you my email address now, and if you'd like, we could carry this conversation on via email rather than in these comments. Plus then we don't have to worry about comment length limitations here on LJ, and if I find something I want to send you, it will be easier. But it's your choice, whichever you prefer! Either way, I will see what I can come up with for you as soon as possible, ok?
