I Hate Orange.

I really do.

Not only have they passed me from pillar to post, every single one of the call center operators I have spoken to (and there have been hundreds over the past five months) run me through the same checks that I now say my name and number and spiel out all the info (as I know it off by heart now) before they have even drawn breath.

I can not believe that this issue has been going on for five months, not being able to get online and not getting anywhere with Orange. I have had my case canceled four times as their engineers have rung me, I have been at work and asked that they use my mobile number, which they did not. As no one has answered the phone they have assumed that the fault is fixed and canceled the case. And I have to start over from scratch. I do not understand how they can do that without talking to the customer first. FOUR TIMES that has happened and they just say, oh we have to start again from the beginning. Like getting to where I was with the engineers looking at it hadn't already taken me a month of calling every damn day.

It does not seem to matter if you are lovely, nice and calm to them, shout, scream and holler at them, cry at them, write to head office or threaten them. Nothing seems to move these people.

So now after all this time and god knows how many screw-ups from Orange (far to many to talk about here as it will take hours) They have finally got me back online.

But at what cost?

I have such a slow speed that it takes almost a full minute for the first page I open to load properly. It gets better but it is very very annoying. This is supposed to be wireless broadband. I pay bloody good money for it and get such a shoddy service.

Also my land line phone now has a crackle when you talk on it. BT say it is all clear from them and must be my internet provider.

Joy.

Wonder how long that will take?

The Sky deal is looking really good now.

Just have to wait out my 30 days cancellation...
