Sad news
I have some rather sad news, guys. I won't be able to go to Ozzfest this year. You see, right now I'm working at my school's library through the Federal Work Study program. It's all kind of hard to explain, but in layman's terms, my Federal Work Study funds will be running out at the end of the summer semester, and the library doesn't have room in their budget to hire me as an official employee. Long story short: I'll be losing my current job in August. So I have to start saving up cash now, so that if I'm unable to find a new job between now and then I'll have the money to survive during the transition. Also, I've realized that things such as medicine and transportation are a little bit more important than a rock show. It sucks alot. I was really looking forward to this trip. I've only had 2 nights of social interaction in the past couple of months, and the trip was like a distant oasis to me. Apparently it was just a mirage. Thanks, life.
I don't want my absence to deter the other parties involved from going forward as planned. Just cause my plans are shot doesn't mean your's have to be too. Enjoy yourselves. Send pictures.
