D&D blues

I consider myself to be a creative person, and my hope is that others perceive me in the same way. Unfortunately, I tend to lack the motivation to transform my creations into lucrative skills. I don't have the patience to write long novels, or even short stories for that matter. I do, however, feel a pretty consistent need to turn my stories into something at least mildly amusing. For a long time now, D&D has been my creative outlet. I grow deeply attached to the characters and stories I weave together, and not knowing how their stories end irks me. None of the characters I've made have had their stories finalized. Does Dunbar Brasstwister ever solve the mystery behind his father's death? Does Rurik Gorunn ever get his long awaited vengeance on Grom for the hell Grom put him through? Does Connor Luineth ever find his long lost love or the bastards that took her from him? The worst part is that the longer I wait to finish these stories, the more unfinished stories I create. These character ideas just seem to pop into my head at random, and to be honest, I kind of wish I could make them stop. I've begun writing an in depth backstory for Grom. I've also created Aerelish, the Half-elven bard who has embarked on a journey to discover the universe's greatest mysteries through her song. I can't make them stop coming. Unfortunately, with my recent move to Kentucky and lack of a gaming group, it doesn't appear that any of these stories will ever be resolved. At least not through the Dungeons and Dragons system. I've been bouncing around the idea of writing books about these characters, but between work and school I seriously doubt this will ever come to pass. So this is my official plea. I need somebody to pick up these stories where I left off. I want somebody who's seen me play these characters and knows their inner workings to adopt them and finish the job. Volunteers can just leave comments here.
