Still in Awe

Today, I became an aunt- my best friend gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. I was there from the moment her water broke to when I got kicked out of the hospital. I am amazed, I had no words all I did was cry...I realized that my best friend, my road dog, my confidant, my ride or die was now a mother and responsible for such an innocent child. I went through memory lane and remembered the first time Eva and I met (10 yrs come August) I remembered how life was a breeze. I
thought of God and how he works- how a sperm and egg make babies and I heard a heartbeat way before I met the little lady. I want to bubble wrap the world. I couldn't help but cry
