Change is so over rated...
So Kerri is home, it's June... summer time... long days. And it's Poker night at our house. Kerri left for a friends 30th Birthday party and Me and Kal are in the bedroom with not much to do. He's whining and I'm posting and reading. I have to admit, I'm much happier about it all than he is. I pulled him away from all the people and food and tricked him into the bedroom with cheese. Once in the bedroom he wouldn't stop barking so I've had to kennel him to try and get him to calm down. Now he's doing a combination of whining and howling. Can't blame him, lots of food and people to pester in the other room and he's stuck in here with me. At least Bailey was always glad to come and spend the evening in the bedroom with me. Of course she was a lot older and calmer and laying in the bedroom or in the living room was pretty much still just laying. Kal not so much.
So, even though there's been a lot of change lately.... in so many ways things are exactly the same.
