Time marches on...
I love that song... Kathy Mattea, anyhoo Kal got his staples out today... Jim got his second cortisone shot in his spine... for Kal 2 weeks gone, 6 weeks to go; for Jim, two shots down one to go. Time passes on. It's a sure thing.
Kerri starts for home on Saturday... she should be home in the time it took us to go out and back, maybe. Then life gets really fun. A 27 year old who's never left home, a 30 year old who's now returned home... under the same roof, again. They didn't do so well the first time around, getting along I mean. Who knows how they'll do as adults. My hopes are high, my expectations not so much.
I think we make it just a little too comfortable around here...
