my new job

So I got a new job at Black Jack pizza. Besides the obvious gas drainage and milage on my car, I love the job. I've only worked there for one day and I can see myself doing it for a while. First off the other employees are cool, even my managers are cool, which I thought isn't physically possible in life. Secondly, all I do is drop off pizzas which means I get to explore Tucson more, I mean the back streets and roads I've never thought of traveling down. Hell, today I went inside that Hilton hotel on Broadway and Pantano. (I think Pantano, idk) I've always wanted to go in there, just for fuck's sake. Anyway, Besides the fast food paychecks I get tips from customers, and some customers are very generous. Another reason why I like the job is I drive all day, I'm outside and get to see the world. I didn't have that with my old job at Greyhound, I just sat in a cubicle and went insane, daily. (heh) What does suck is I am back to a uniform and washing dishes and other tritely activities. I was scared to begin my job there because I didnt know what to expect, but everyone was cool and the job is definitely worth keeping. Through out all the stress in my life as of lately, I'm beginning to see myself smile again. Other then that nothing new, I'm just going to school and visitng my parents more often. It seems I'm losing interest in my friends who just smoke and drink. I'm starting to see what every parent meant when they said it's all about family and friends are only around when it's convenient. That actually wouldn't be the right word for it, but quite on the mark.

Much love,
Richard
