Belated, but now in motion, justice for Anna Nicole Smith.
It would appear that the Office of the Attorney General of the state of California believes Anna Nicole Smith's unfortunate death might have been due to "Howard K. Stern, Doctor Khristine Eroshevich, and Doctor Sandeep Kapoor... conspiring to "repeatedly and excessively" furnish controlled substances to Anna Nicole Smith."
I believed at the time Howard was complicit, now a jury will assess the situation more formally.
