It's been a busy few days...

Last Thursday, Becky and I had to go to Augusta b/c her dad had major surgery on his foot. Everything's looking good so far but he's going to be in a cast for at least two months. And since he can't go anywhere right now, he is driving her mom crazy! :) And on top of everything, their dog had puppies by c-section this weekend (those puppies are HUGE, esp. for teacup poodles).
Saturday night, we drove to Vidalia to visit her godfamily and give gifts to the kids (I don't know if I should call them kids know that they are 14-17, but they still seem like kids to me). They loved them all! Sunday, we got to spend some time with Becky's family before we had to head back to home (Becky had to work on Monday).
Monday night, we drove to Macon to visit friends. We didn't get in until midnight, so we couldn't hang out very much until Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon (after spending the morning hanging out with KT, Shelly and Erica), I got to visit my ex-co-workers at The Telegraph, which was lots of fun. I got back just in time for me, Becky and Shelly to head to Logans, where we got together with most of our friends. (If you couldn't come, we missed you!) We had so much fun hanging out with everybody that we stayed an hour longer than we had planned. It was so nice to get everyone together without drama! After we got home Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, we ended up staying up to watch who The Carver was on Nip/Tuck.
We've been recovering from all of this since Wednesday and poor Becky has been getting really sick plus her tooth is hurting. She's been kind of miserable. We got to go see the Chronicles of Narnia finally. We loved it! I'm still trying to figure out who Edmund reminds me of (it's a lesbian I know, but I can't figure out who). If you know, please let me know!
We're leaving in a couple of hours for Becky's parents' house, where we're spending Christmas Eve and some of Christmas Day. Tomorrow after lunch, I'm leaving and driving the LOOOOOOONG way to Pensacola to spend a few days with my family (Becky has to work all week and couldn't come). Friday, I'll be driving back to Macon so that Saturday we can hang out with everyone for New Years (if you're going to be in town, let me know and we'll hang out). And christy- we need directions please!

Happy Kwanzmistkah and New Year!
