omg!
ok sooooo things have been great and bad at the same time here lately. Ok welllll lets go. My car finally gives up again. Nothing huge just the lifters (which i bought from my store). I recongnised the problem because it had happend before and happens to most 4.3s with above 180k on them. Its a miss under almost no load, it progessivly gets worse so that it wont idle. so anyway the lifters were aparently weak from the very begining, explaining why my truck never ran that good after i put it back together. the lifters were not opening the valves enough/ early enough causeing it to be like retarted cam timing, in effect losing all top end just about and gaining a ton of bottom end (not so much what i want) so the lifter suck to replace becasue i have to pull apart the whole top half of the motor which is not only annoying but time consuming and i had to replace another 60 dollars worth of gaskets. So i got new lifters from summit and put them in and got it running, my truck runs great! well it did. It randomly shut off and wouldnt start. GREAT.. so problem fixed, good, another problem. (btw, i had to spend like an extra 170 on the new lifters, ugh!) ok so then my computer. I knew it was getting old (bout 5 yrs) but man it came down all at once. my hard drive started going out, then my fans crapp out.. soi go buy a new computer(thankfully have the money) and i still have one good hard drive with most of my important info on it.. it craps out the same day so i lose EVERYTHING! all my old pictures and videos and 17 gb worth of music all of my games programs players.. just everything. So new computer.. but i lose everything. Ok so i find out i am finally getting my raise and promotion at work this month, which is great! uh, nothing bad there.. yet. hahah. so this week was decent. my car..man its annoying. everything is brand new, everything.. but it still keeps breaking. luckily its not things i did.. its part failure. oh ive entered 68 dr pepper caps on their web page.. 68 and you know what i won?! NOTHING!!!!! its a conspiracy i tell you.
