Tody I got promoted to E-4 Specialist, which would be great if it showed up on my pay, which it hasn't yet. I did my first mission on the 30th, election day in Iraq. The whole mission was in Kuwait, but there was alot of crazy stuff happening in Kuwait to, troops getting shot at and stuff like that. yesterday we went to a different base to get issued equipment, new helmets and some cool ass goggles. Can't wait to get our own vehicles, cause riding around on a little bus sucks, especially when everybody is wearing body armor and loaded weapons. Kevin, sounds like you're having a hell of a trip! Other than those 2 days we still havn't really done much here, I'm starting to get used to doing nothing but sleeping and eating and watching movies all day, cause thats about all there is to do here except waiting in line for anything else. I got some cool pictures of my and my team on the Persian Gulf, cause we were right on the coast during the mission we did. As soon as I remember to bring my memory stick up here to the internet lab, I'll put a few up on this site. I gotta run, so bye for now!!
