One of my favorite tropes. In this case, Bones must top Jim in order to save their lives and those of the crew. Not surprisingly, the tense situation is causing performance anxiety. Jim--who's bound and can't touch him--has to talk him through it.

Woah. Great take on the prompt - Jim was such a damn competent leader, Bones was heartbreakingly perfect, and this was really so very, very hot :)

that was awesome. Poor Bones. Even tied up, Jim is a force to be reckoned with.

I love this trope. There really isn't enough of it.
