Sorry if this gets a little convoluted, I might be a little bad at explaining what I want-
Jim has this voyeurism fantasy where he's strapped to a table in a lecture hall naked and Bones is dispassionately using him as a teaching aid in a Human Anatomy for Aliens class (saying stuff like "note how the human male reacts in response to external stimuli; arousal is a natural involuntary response when touched here- see the evidence of it in his flushed appearance" etc etc except more doctor-y and professional while he pokes and prods and maneuvers Jim's body around for the "lecture". Using medical tools to further the exposure is also a plus!) Mild embarrassment on Jim's part is great, but he did consensually volunteer for this.

(I'd prefer it if there weren't actually other people watching, but if you really want to do it that way it's okay.
