First it giveth then it taketh away....
Some of you may have heard this story, some maybe not. The following is taken from a cd101 news from hell death metal update. Some research has also been done on the mayhem website so the account that follows is as near as i can get to the truth about "MAYHEM"!!!!
A fan attending a concert for the norwegian death metal band "Mayhem" had to go to the hospital during a concert because he had injuries due to being hit with a sheep head during the concert. It is a custom of this band to dismember animals on stage during their concerts and then fling the parts into the crowd.
A little background information on this band, found on the website. The only original surviving member of "Mayhem" is named Necrobutcher. The lead vocalist of the band was named Dead. Yes thats right Dead. Anyway in 1991 Dead decided to commit suicide. Big surprise. Count Grishnackh, the bassist, plays tribute to Dead by cooking parts of his brain and eating them. Euronymous, a guitarist, takes bone fragments from Dead's skull and puts them on a necklace. Outraged that Euronymous came up with a better tribute to Dead than him, the Count kills Euronymous and is now currently incarcerated for murder. So all i wanna know is, WHEN DOES THE NEXT SINGLE COME OUT. LIVE DEATH METAL BABY YEEEEAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
