Day 3
I've been skimping, but I've been working on a commission for someone (it's actually a trade for something my friend Vanessa got me at Otakon) so here's a double post for today. Well, it's actually from last night.
Tuesday night I went to the Lowell Spinners game with my mom. Out on the field throwing out a ceremonial first pitch (after the Flying Karamazov Brothers did theirs) is Johnny Pesky. No, really.
What? You don't believe me? YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME? FINE! HERE'S PROOF!!
Under the stadium there's a concession stand for season ticket holders and guests (I got these tickets from work) and after they officially showed of Johnny Pesky's retired number 6 I went down to the concession stand and see him walk by. Everyone's got their cell phone cameras out.
Me: We love you Johnny!
Mr. Pesky: Well hello! (He stops and poses) Take as many as you want! Hang it up in your bathroom!
