Katinka
Okay, this is the last one for tonight. This is Katinka. She's a Justicar, which means she's the highest authority within the fringe territories. Her position means that she's a Lady of the Mbasa Nthlabathi Confederation, and has chosen to take her Lawgivers out to for a spin. She deals with whatever the local sheriff can't handle, usually being zombies, werewolves, or something equally bizarre. She's an exceptional shot, as she has the ability to anticipate her target's movement (if it's got a brain, anyway) and she's pretty much the only thing that keeps a very disorderly wendigo civilized enough to be out of the Vaad.
