Character history-
Veronica Madaraki was created by the Professor Madaraki as a bioweapon and bodyguard. The Doctors pursuit in life, his passion and ultimate goal seems to be simply the advancement of science. He can and has performed amazing and horrible things in his time all for that purpose.
Because of his abilities, and his penchant for giving people just what they ask for when they come for him for surgery...he has made some enemies. Mafia, Yakuza, and even just regular people driven to rage or revenge for things not working out. Because of that he was forced to create a bodyguard. Someone he could entrust to slaughter anyone who would threaten his life.
And they came...swarm after swarm of armed men, trained killers, hitmen, thugs, mooks, all shapes and sizes came after the professor, and Veronica cut them down by the horde. In the end she had amassed mountains of bodies...and she and the professor disappeared like smoke.
In time being unable to get through her the forces of darkness moved upon the professors home where he had left his greatest creation Fran to maintain the house and work in his stead. She wasn't as perfect as the professor but her skills were enough to make it worth it.
Though it was risky, the professor sent Veronica to protect Fran and though she didn't want to leave, she couldn't deny his orders.
Veronica reached the manor first and studied Fran for two weeks, in that time she grew to somewhat loath her sister's ideals and soft nature. A test it seemed would be needed.
Sneaking into the manor Veronica killed one of the monsters lurking about, using a virus her body produced that would eat away at his body to a speed that even his regeneration wouldn't help him.
Fran didn't take kindly to this and when Veronica confronted her again there was more in store.
Having finally located a wave of soldiers coming to attack the manor Veronica set an explosive trap for them, effectively maiming the entire group of at least thirty. Veronica encouraged Fran to let them die but Fran refused and set work to save them.
Veronica fell asleep during this time and woke up to see just how Fran had saved the people. She had combined them, stitching them together into creatures with multiple heads and limbs using whatever parts were still functional. Veronica was stunned in horror as Fran explained her ideals, any life is better then death, even a life of pain and suffering.
She was even more upset to discover Fran had implanted a microchip in her brain to shock her and keep her under control. It seemed Veronica's days of taking lives were meant to be behind her.
As further punishment Fran decided to try a little experiment where she took Veronica apart and left her that way for a month. This weakened Veronica's muscles and Veronica has been working hard ever since to regain that strength.
A true test of her abilities came along in the form of an assassin. He'd been hired by a crime syndicate to kill Fran. Even worse was every day he would see her and have her give him a new power or ability through surgery. For weeks Veronica fought and killed him over and over again only to fight him the next night...secretly she savored the challenge.
Then one night he stopped coming. Two weeks of him not coming and she grew impatient, setting out to locate him. She found him living with a woman on the Madaraki property, a life of peace and tranquility. Furious and for reasons she couldn't understand she thought to kill him in his sleep...but she couldn't bring herself to do it.
She was sad...and she still couldn't understand why. When the man and his beloved were found by the syndicate she even sprang to help but was forced to stay back when one of them held a gun to her.
Lucky for them the woman turned out to be a bioweapon herself made by Fran and she saved them and herself from the syndicate. The duo lived on happily together and Veronica returned home frustrated.
Though she is not always happy to do it Veronica remains at Fran's side, escorting her to jobs and protecting her as best she can...though more often then not Fran shocks her and forces her to stand down while the doctor tries to deal with things in a nonviolent manner.
Character personality-
Veronica is very young in her emotions and has not yet grown to understand alot of them, in fact people being overemotional bothers her to a great deal. Particularly discussion of love.
She is a proud warrior, always willing to fight and test her strength, but her belief is that a quick and painless death is the best a warrior can offer one another out of respect. To kill with as little suffering as opposed to Frans ideals of life at any cost.
Because of the amount of cruelty Fran can inflict without batting an eyelash Veronica is afraid of her and typically obeys Fran even if she's stoic and silently glaring every step of the way. She respects her older sister's intellegence but doesn't feel it necessary for herself.
Digimon personality-
Floramon is an outgoing, peppy and pleasant individual who loves nothing more then helping people. Because of this and her love of plants (go figure) she works in a organic herbal medicine shop in Tetha run by a rather enigmatic Mikemon who is frequently asleep somewhere in the store citing only that he had a "Long night" He occasionally slips out of the shop leaving her to manage things while he takes care of "Business". It would bother her more if she didn't enjoy the sleepy little shop so much. She just keeps a wary eye on him in case his business is less then legal.
Her mood is fairly upbeat even in the worst of situations, and one could go as far as to call her "Bubbly" but she does have some shining moments of intelligence every so often so one could hardly call her stupid...just naive.
Character abilities-
Super Sight: Veronica's eyes have been specially modified to see inferred light, catch movement sharper, see over greater distances easier and yet remain crystal clear when focusing on closer objects. Her night vision is also significantly useful.
Virus: Veronica produces a parasitic virus when she wants to that comes from her mouth. This eats away at the organism she attacks with it like acid.
Super hearing: Her hearing has been advanced not only to be especially sharp, but to be able to hear supersonic noises noises such as radio signals.
Body by Madraki: Veronica's body has been specially designed for speed, stealth and agility making her a living weapon. She has the ability to trade out her powerful clawed hands for a sword and a Scythe on either arm, as well as having a body that can be modified or taken apart without killing her so long as someone (Fran) knows what they're doing. Her durability is increased as well making it more difficult to kill her then a normal human. She is of coarse only as strong as the limits imposed on her by Yggdrasil allow her to be much to her annoyance.
Weapon master: Proficient with both melee and ranged weapons, though she's more skilled with blades. She has been shown to use everything from throwing daggers and swords to a sort of multilinked whip made of curved blades.
Sample RP-
Veronica didn't like this...she didn't like it one bit.
It was one thing to wake up and find she had been taken apart by Fran...again. It was another thing entirely to wake up in a strange city she'd never seen before.
Slipping from the rooftop to the shadows of an alley she tried to familiarize herself. She was still in one piece, still had all of her weapons...no fresh new scars or marks anywhere that she could tell. Her stomach was even still full from the snack she'd had in the kitchen not long ago.
But it had been daylight then and it was already so dark out she suspected it was close to midnight.
A cry caught her attention and she shifted her position to the lip of the alley.
In a lit shop across the street two furry creatures with long ears were threatening another creature with funny looking skin. She was trembling with fright as they took the money from the register. Veronica focused her hearing.
"How can that be all of it?"
"W-we don't make alot sir..."
"Well where's the drugs then? the strong stuff? Maybe we can sell it..."
"W-we don't really..." She was cut off as one of the frustrated robbers knocked a shelf over to show her how scary he was.
It wasn't often that Veronica got involved in the affairs of others...but the shop was a pharmacy of sorts. The creature in there sold things that helped people.
And more importantly...Veronica couldn't stand those who picked on weaker creatures.
Shing!
Her Scythe appeared and she shot across the street like a wrath in the night. It would be a short fight.
