The infamous gaydar...

Reality or fiction?

Getting out in a club with friends yesterday, I've started wondering how can someone find a samesex lover (or adventurer, simply) if not being in a gay place? Do you believe in the fact that a "straight" person can change his mind (or make an exception) if he/she finds a samesex ideal?

I foundd myself hoping so... or at least philosophing about it. The big disadvantage of homosexuality, in a sense, is the huge restrictions. What I mean is that most people are straight, or at least will try to act so.

What if this ideal person isn't interested in homosexuality, at all?

Once more, I tend to use that "What if", so confusing and annoying. Wouldn't it be easier if I stop to worry about anything and simply let things go as they will anyway? If he's not interested in men, isn't it the same as if he wasn't interested in that woman?

What's your thoughts about the subject?

P.S. This "he" is no one in my case, for the moment. It's just questions going through my mind.
