What's your type of woman?

... or the art being straight.

Yesterday was the first time I've been asked this question since I've realized my orientation. I've never had a real answer for this question (neither do I have for a man), but this time, the perfect woman I was describing... wasn't that feminine :P

What really surprised me was that it was my best friend who asked this question in a totally unusual context (well, maybe not that much). If there hadn't been that much realtives around (who weren't discussing with us, but who could have heard), I think I would have thought about telling the truth. Still, I couldn't just bullshit to him about a false perfect mate, so I simply told the truth... things like I don't have any physical preference, it's by far the aura of the person that attracts me, how (s)he is, what (s)he makes me feel inside (not what you're thinking, perverts ;).

Then, that made me think about The art of being straight, which is also a movie that was released lately. There's nothin more true about it: faking being straight is art. One might think it's a real easy task. Almost everyone was raised in a straight environment and was taught how the be straight. Thus, I'm used to acting straight since that's what I've done 'til today (and I was sincerely acting this way... without the intense interest in fucking every "hot chick"). But then, when the straight inside you becomes a character, simple questions or actions become much more tricky.

Would acting gay be easier? (Another movie contrast with the one I've talked about: Bruno)

I hope you guys are having a nice summer ;)
