CLEAN!!!
So I finally got the cleaning bug hard core and today/tonight, Danny and I cleaned this place. It hasn't ever been this clean, considering we promptly made a mess of the place when we moved in. My room is clean, neat, relatively organized... wow. Tomorrow we're doing the bathrooms and Danny's room.
I'd actually be more than proud to have people over now. It's a nice feeling. Now let's see if we can keep it this way.
We rearranged the living room a bit, too. We used to have a dining room table set up (a rather nice one, too... from Pier 1) but we only ever ate at it once and all it has served as since is a trash/junk collector. So we took that apart and moved the other cushy chair into the living room along with a nice floor lamp from Danny's room. So now the living room is quite the comfy place to sit. More seating, too. He moved his computer out of the spare room and now all that's in the spare room is a TV, the hide-a-bed, and a music stand. That'll be good because without the computer in there all it's ever used for is for people to stay over. I'd really like a cheap DVD player for in there just in case someone wants to watch movies.
Speaking of having people over... when Jen is in town (the weekend after the first week of classes), we're throwing an emo party. We'll play Dashboard, drink fufu drinks, sit around and cry, and dress punk rock. Good times will be had.
Anyway time for bed.
