Anyone good with fixing electronic doo-dads?

I found this helmet in the Scavenger's Yard that would go GREAT with my new armor, but it's in pretty bad shape. It seems to have a buncha gizmos and other science-y stuff in it, but I have no idea what it's supposed to do.



Does it look familiar to anyone?
