Want to know not only if someone got your email, but when they read it, how long they kept it open and if they forwarded it to anyone? This tool does the trick. You can even find out where and when your Word, Excel, Powerpoint or other Microsoft documents are opened and if they get given to other people. Not free but worth the cost

This isn't the one I use, mine is untraceable, but this one work really good too...
