I should probably read up on this, but I'm lazy. I skipped going to the gym last week because I had a bad cold, as did everyone else, and the extra stress on my body wouldn't have been good, not to mention the snot everywhere on the machines.

Today I got back to my regular schedule (Mon & Wed or Tues & Thur if I miss Mon), and found I could run longer, press more, and in general do better. I was expecting the exact opposite. And I can now officially say I can reach my toes comfortably. WIN!
