FIXING THE TREADMILL
you would not believe how much exercise i get in a week now. it's crazy. aside from the everyday errand running (which i guess is actually errand WALKING), i also run on the treadmill everyday, UNLESS it's tuesday or friday afternoon, in which case i go swimming. well, i attempt to swim. either way, i'm in the pool moving around, doing exercises...ahhh i love it. when i'm in the water, i don't feel as...heavy. hahaha.
hooray for chlorinated water that goes up your nose and out your mouth.
so anyway, last night, i was about to use the treadmill when i realized that the incline would not DEcline. i hate running the incline cuz it's really tough on my knees to be running upwards. when that happens i can only run like, 1 full minute before my knee starts hurting really badly. i need new knees.
okay moving on...so yeah, it was broken!!! my dad broke it!! so today, i called the treadmill company, and they taught me how to take the entire thing apart, look at the motherboard-looking thing, and fix the motor and stuff. amazing, huh? it was funny cuz the man that was helping me over the phone was like, "now you can tell your husband that YOU fixed it without his help!" and i was like, yeah man, i'd SO gloat to my non-existent husband.
i LOVE working with tools. i fixed the entire treadmill with just a philips screwdriver. and putting together all the stuff we buy from IKEA? fun fun fun. i think i said this before, but HOME DEPOT is one of the few stores i could spend an ENTIRE day in. hahaa. if i could build everything by myself i would. of course, that would cost a lot of time and money. both of which i dont' have that much of. oh well.
OLD SCHOOL MUSIC
so anyway, i wanted to burn some cds of old school songs that i used to REALLY like. so i started picking and choosing, and well, i cut out more than half of the songs, but i STILL had to use up 5 cds. AHHAHAA. guess what songs i have on there? well, gotta have my NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK!! and then of course, the king of pop, michael jackson. some old school mariah carey, and beegees, cranberries, depeche mode, debbie gibson, paula abdul, duran duran, marvin gaye, mc hammer, and of course, VANILLA ICE. speaking of which...
...did you know ICE ICE BABY was the FIRST rapping song i'd ever memorized in my life? AHAHHAHAA. yeah, dude. that was the root of my love for rap & ghetto booty music.

I KILLED A ROACH
you know those texas sized roaches? i hate them. i mean, i only like my fries supersized. nothing else.
so anyway, the other morning, i was about to take a shower when i saw one of those roaches in the BATHTUB!!!! sick. i couldnt' find any raid in the house, and i didn't want to shower with the thing in there with me...
...so i squirted my conditioner all over him. covered him up nice and good. it was kinda funny watching the conditioner plop onto him and then after he was all covered up, him all trying to squirm out of it. ever done that before?
kinda mean...but it was fun to watch too. i guess the fumes overwhelmed him cuz he was dead an hour later. or...i guess the fumes killed him. poor thing.
13 GOING ON 30 ALIAS
OH MY GOSH! so i didn't know that alias was moved an hour later this past sunday, so instead of recording it, i recorded the jessica & nick show and only HALF of alias!!! AAUHGUHG.
i HATE when i only get to see half of something. cuz i want to knwo what happens. and especially cuz it was alias!!! boo. so i called my sister to ask her what happened, but she hasn't watched it yet. she tevo-d it.
*notice i put a picture of michael vartan and not jennifer garner...haha. let's just say he is 85% of the reason why i watch Alias. heehee. :)
just kidding...here it is. some advertisement. go watch it. sunday nights @ 8pm. :)
anyway, yeah, so then of course, they're promoting that new movie that jennifer garner is going to be in, and i have to say, i REALLY WANT to see it!! it looks really cute. hahaa.
