Oh! I had Cel-Ray a few weeks ago. It was .. a little strange, and it had a definite celery-ish aftertaste, but it was still pretty drinkable. Kind of like another entry in the non-cola genre (ex: root beer, birch beer*, ginger ale), so it tasted like, you know, carbonated sweet stuff with that kind of fresh veg/root/bark/etc flavor. I'd probably get something else next time, though.

* which I think I only had for the first time, um, yesterday, I think. Not very common around Seattle.
