For all I've denied the transition period's started yet, here it is.
I am no longer a Google employee. however, I'm still in the office behind restricted doors, being slightly productive. Also I've a swanky hoodie. UNEMPLOYMENT GET \o/ (edit: it didn't hit me that I was actually done there until I went around closing down all my terminal windows. 10 of them, plus one on each workspace for irc. it was a bit of a shock shutting down my box.)
My energy seems to be gradually coming back since last weekend. Back to NC in two and a half days, to Pittsburgh in six. Eventful times ahead; I look forward to settling down in the semester once again - hopefully not with too much workdeath, either.
