Jane and Lisbon || Seasons 1&2 Picspam
I started on this picspam 2 months ago. I ended up changing the design 3 times- I wanted to do something different but nothing looked right. I'm happy with the way it turned out in the end. If you notice- this is only 10 scenes and all of them are the more serious moments between them. I might do another picspam of the happier moments- but I'm so tired of working on this one that it might be a while LOL. This picspam ended up a lot bigger than I intended- but it's hard to cut back when there are so many good scenes haha. And sorry I'm not offering up a lot of commentary on the scenes- I'm not really good with that sort of thing. But feel free to add your own haha
This scene and the next one are both from episode 9 of season 1 which happens to be one of my favorite episode (if not my favorite episode of season 1) It's kind of a depressing scene but it shows the very reason that Lisbon can never fully trust Jane.
See this is why I love this episode.
This is one of my favorite scenes out of any episode. I really believe it's the only time we've seen Jane be really open with something to Lisbon. (Granted it took her getting really mad at him first- but still)
I love how she doesn't own up to the "I told you so" moment
One of the most important moments? I think so. I've always wondered what would have happened if Lisbon hadn't given Jane that speech before the shooting. Would he still have shot Hardy? (Probably but I guess we'll never know for sure)
Oh and side note- I got one of my friends into the show and we just finished season 1. I was so good while we were watching the episodes not to point out all of the Jane and Lisbon scenes because I wanted to see if she would notice them. She didn't say a word until this scene and then she said something like "she likes him." It only took her 23 episodes to say something (it was killing me! I wanted to point it out in episode 2! LOL)
So I've seen this episode an obsessive amount of times (it's actually been a while since I actually seen it though) My favorite part of this scene is when she wants to make sure Jane won't tell anyone about what happened and him telling her it's going to be ok <3
I'm going to be honest- I hated this scene the first time I saw it. I was so mad that Jane would just blow off everything Lisbon had just told him by making a joke and her turning around and acting as though it was ok that he did that. But seeing it again it makes a bit sense to me now. I think Lisbon was really thrown off by Jane trying to guess what the secret between her and Bosco was- and the fact that he was probably pretty close to guessing what it was. So she goes into her little speech trying to turn the attention back to him. I think the joke at the end was meant to lighten the mood a little (and the fact that Lisbon probably wanted Jane to go away so he would stop guessing about the secret haha)
BTW when are we going to learn about said secret? They brought it up so long ago and we still know nothing about it....
Oh yay more secrets. This one and the previous one will probably both come out around the season finale and cause some kind of problem. I have a feeling....haha
