"Hi, Lavi-san!"

Nozomi waved from the front of her shabby house. The roof was at a steeper incline than it had been the day before, but the building hadn't fallen down again, which was something. She ran up to him with a huge smile.

"What did you find? Is it cool? Does it have anything to do with the weird bubbles in the lake?"

"Actually no, that's a mystery I still haven't figured out," Rabi admitted, "But I found something else that's pretty cool! C'mon, follow me."

They had to get to a better spot in the residential area. Taking people along with him was always difficult, so if he could get a straight line of sight from the ground to the edge that didn't have too steep of an incline then it would be good.

"Okay!" She followed along, still smiling. "What is it? Did those weird people come again? Are they going to pick their friend up? Or did something new appear?"

"Actually, it's none of the above. I think it's been here a while, at least."

When they got to just the right spot, Rabi pulled out his hammer and positioned it to use to launch them. "You remember the last time we did this, right?"
