Who: Joshua [OU], Open
What: Joshua finds a giant desert, and it reminds him of home.
Where: The wilderness/desert.
When: Afternoon.
Joshua woke up with a sore head, and wandered absentmindedly outside while rubbing his temples. "Eh, that was quite a fall. Wonder how long it took... But I just ended up back here." But he just shrugged, figuring that the Zone wasn't quite ready to let go of its hostages. Not that he thought dying was the best form of escape, but accidents are accidents.
Lost in his thoughts, he hadn't entirely been paying attention to his surroundings, but as he reached his conclusion he looked up and stopped dead in his tracks. A desert. There was a desert here.
Of course, it wasn't a proper desert like the one that stretched across Jehanna with sand and whatnot, but it was dry and hot and close enough. For a few minutes he just stood there, breathing softly and taking it in, and mumbled almost to himself, "Almost like home, innit?" And he walked inside, basking in the familiarity.
