I am now done with spring exams and I hope that all went well. Don't ask me how I did, because I won't know until sometime in June. One of the joys of law school -- it takes them a month to get you your grades.
Given that my attention span at the moment is about that of a gnat, here are some random observations.
1. It was hot last weekend. I would like to give thanks to whoever invented air conditioning. Living in the Pacific Northwest has made me a wimp.
2. Our cat Grover is once again cheating death. He will be 14 in August -- a friend of mine says he is "god kitty". Anyway, took him to the vet about a week ago to have his semi-annual thyroid check, and his hyperthyroidism is way out of control, and his liver enzymes are severely elevated. I've started giving him a higher dose of his medication, and in the last week, he is noticeably feeling better. We are crossing our fingers that the liver issue was related to the thyroid and that all will be well once we have him re-tested in a couple of weeks.
3. I am attempting to teach Cherry how to sit. Harder than you think.
4. We are going to Alaska this weekend to visit
wings2speak. Neither of us has been to Alaska, and we are really looking forward to the trip;.
5. My professional life is very odd of late; Not bad, just odd. I'll report more when I know more.
Okay, I promised you five things, and voila.
