For those of you haven't seen
my husband's blog, Cherry is home and making progress. He can go down stairs, but not up; we carried him upstairs to sleep in our room last night, but he decided about an hour later that he really wanted to sleep on his big dog bed in the living room. Because of the stair issue, we're having to take him out on leash; he can't get back up the stairs from the back yard into the house -- poor guy. He is eating well, and when I left the house this morning, he had figured out how to get on the couch in the media room. He'll recover. He just has to keep putting one paw in front of the other so to speak.
Autumn has set in here in Seattle. It's cool, gray, and rainy.
I managed to drop my iPod yesterday morning. It now hates me. It wants me to connect it up to my laptop, so I'm hoping it can self-repair itself. Otherwise, looks like I'll have to replace it. Lucky for me, everything on my iPod is also on my laptop, so it's just a matter of reloading everything and reconstructing my playlists.
Okay, I should really do some work now, particularly since I am currently sitting at my desk at work. It's hard to motivate some days.
