That wasn't an exam, that was an endurance test

3.5 hours and 372 multiple choice questions later, I am done with Evidence. Oh my god did I hate that class. Apologies to all the trial lawyers out there, but evidence rules are mind numbingly boring and badly written to boot.

I now have three and a half weeks before the start of the fall semester. Huh, I guess this means I am officially a 3L. Items on tap:

  • Spend more time with waysofseeing Yeah, I know I always say that, but one can never spend too much time with one's beloved spouse;

  • Write about a dozen cover letters explaining to various law firms why they should give me a job next summer

  • Enjoy our 8th wedding anniversary and the related trip to Vancouver/Whistler BC

  • Read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

  • Go to the movies; I haven't seen Ratatouille, Harry Potter 5, or the Simpsons Movie

And as always, there are some chores on the list. I keep swearing on one of these breaks I'll clean out that last forlorn box in the office that is full of my crap, most of which I can probably throw out.

Today I'm a little tired and a little achy, but much more relaxed. I am in the process of doing an evidence core dump from my brain. Looking forward to seeing some friends tonight at bar trivia. So that's me, how are y'all?
