so it turns out this time it was more than a sprain, im so clumbsy. , i tore 2 of the ligaments in my foot / ankle , so far the phyisical therapy only irritates it and makes it hurt more but im sure all in good time it will be good for me, yeah it kinda blows to be out for my last XC season and the fact that i only ran one race.but it will only leave me more anxious for good track seasons, time to start cross training i guess , i feel so numb becuse im not exersizing so i think im going to start doing like intense pilates or somthing maybe that will help me get a little ready for track with out being damaging.
